Meadowmere assisted living maximizes your independence with personalized support. You can live independently in your own fully-equipped apartment within an active community and have the security that assistance is readily available whenever you need it.

Our experienced and professional around-the-clock care staff provides assistance with medications, bathing, and dressing. Each apartment is equipped with a state-of-the-art emergency call response system that provides additional security and peace of mind. The on-site Wellness Clinic and Registered Nurse link you with the health services that you may need and provide assistance in scheduling medical appointments and transportation. Get your blood pressure, weight, and pulse rate checked at the monthly Heath Clinics. Participate in physical/occupational therapy, exercise and fitness classes with the Physical Therapy Department.

Q: HOW INDEPENDENT WILL I BE?
You can live independently in your own apartment with the security that assistance is readily available whenever you need it. You can come and go as you wish at Meadowmere. We do ask that you sign in and out for emergency purposes.

Q: WHAT ARE THE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS?
When you decide to move to Meadowmere, you will meet with your physician to review your plans. Admission requirements include a complete history and physical examination within thirty (30) days prior to admission, access to pertinent medical records, and a TB skin test. An assessment by our Registered Nurse is provided to complete the admission process.

Q: IS THERE A FINANCIAL STATEMENT REQUIRED?
Financial statements are required as part of Meadowmere’s application process. The Admission Agreement and Financial Statement must be completed and submitted before you move into your apartments.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A CHANGE & NEED TO LEAVE?
Meadowmere’s Resident Agreement is for a period of 12 months. However, you may terminate the Agreement at any time with or without cause by giving 30 days prior written notice. There are also other provisions designed for a short-term temporary leave from Meadowmere.
